We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, quantity take-offs, billing, and project coordination activities. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate cost management and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings

- Assist in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation

- Support cost estimation and budgeting

- Prepare and verify contractor bills and client invoices

- Maintain project cost records and documentation

- Coordinate with site teams for measurement and progress tracking

- Assist in tendering and vendor comparison

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of quantity take-offs and BOQ

- Good proficiency in MS Excel

- Ability to read construction drawings

- Solid attention to detail

- Good communication skills

Preferred Skills:

- Basic AutoCAD knowledge

- Internship or experience in estimation/billing

- Understanding of construction materials and site processes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
