Job Summary The Quantity Surveyor will handle cost estimation, procurement, and financial control for landscape construction projects. You’ll ensure projects stay on budget, from site surveys to final billing, collaborating with design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) for landscaping materials like plants, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and civil works.
- Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs, and cost valuations using tools like Excel, Planswift, or Bluebeam.
- Manage tenders, supplier negotiations, and subcontract agreements to optimize costs.
- Track project variations, claims, and payments; prepare interim and final accounts per CPWD/Indian standards.
- Monitor site progress, forecast cash flows, and report financial status to project managers.
- Ensure compliance with GST, labor laws, and environmental regulations in landscape projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and nursery suppliers for accurate material pricing.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,



Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in construction QS, preferably in landscaping, horticulture, or civil projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, QS software (e.g., Candy, CCTS), and AutoCAD for measurements.
- Strong knowledge of Indian construction norms, GST billing, and material pricing (e.g., soil, aggregates, plants).
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in varied terrains.
- Good communication for client/stakeholder interactions; Kannada knowledge a plus.
