Civil Site Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

Rosea Landscape Private Limited is looking for a Civil Site Engineer to manage and coordinate landscape execution works at project sites in and around Bengaluru.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Supervising day-to-day landscape and civil works at site.
- Planning daily activities and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications and schedule.
- Coordinating with contractors, labour teams, vendors and suppliers.
- Executing hardscape works such as paving, kerbs, retaining walls, masonry, concrete works, drains, planters and other landscape structures.
- Coordinating softscape, irrigation and other landscape-related activities with respective teams.
- Checking measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Preparing material requirements and coordinating material availability at site.
- Monitoring labour productivity, quality and wastage.
- Maintaining daily site progress records and reporting to the Project Manager.
- Coordinating with architects,



consultants and client representatives during execution.
- Ensuring proper workmanship, site safety and housekeeping.
- Identifying site issues and resolving them in coordination with the project team.
- Assisting with measurements, BOQ verification and contractor/vendor bills when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in site execution or construction projects.
- Landscape, villa, residential, commercial or external development experience will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of civil construction drawings and site measurements.
- Ability to independently handle labour and contractors.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and quantity calculations preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bengaluru and other locations when required.
