### ? Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (QS) Company: House Construction Location: Bangalore Experience: 1–5 Years Employment Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates and cost calculations.
Measure RCC, steel, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works.
Prepare and verify contractor/vendor bills.
Monitor project quantities, costs and material consumption.
Conduct quantity reconciliation and identify variations.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and vendors.
Review drawings and ensure quantities match project requirements.
Maintain project-wise quantity and cost records. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, BOQ & Estimation.
Valuable understanding of residential construction.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Good analytical and communication skills.
