Role & responsibilities To lead and strengthen the company's Quality Management System, EHS, Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance functions, ensuring consistent product quality, statutory compliance, customer satisfaction and continual improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, implement and continuously improve the QMS as per ISO 9001 and applicable standards.
- Act as Management Representative (MR) and coordinate internal, customer, certification and surveillance audits.
- Manage Quality Assurance & Quality Control across raw material, in-process and finished products.
- Monitor and improve key quality parameters including rejection, rework, customer complaints, PPM,

COPQ and first-pass yield.
- Lead RCA, 8D, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone and problem-solving activities.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Establish and review SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans, Quality Standards and inspection procedures.
- Drive CIP, Kaizen, 5S, Lean and cost/productivity improvement projects across the plant.
- Lead EHS initiatives, risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, safety and statutory requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM) and present QMS/EHS performance to management.




- Define and monitor Quality & EHS KPIs and prepare periodic MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Maintenance, SCM, Sales and other functions for quality and process improvement.
- Develop, train and lead the Quality/QMS team and build a strong quality culture across the organization.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, Chemical or related Engineering.
- Certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor preferred.
- Additional knowledge/certification in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Lean/Six Sigma will be an advantage.

Experience

8-12 years of relevant experience in Quality/QMS in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Plastic,

Polymer, PVC, Extrusion, Injection Moulding or similar process industries.
