- Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and identify deviations or defects.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain records of quality checks, test results, and inspection reports.
2. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company quality policies.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, checklists, and audit reports.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
3. Process Improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Suggest modifications in processes to reduce rework and wastage.
- Ensure continuous improvement culture in the plant.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams for quality-related issues.
- Report daily quality performance to supervisors and management.
- Train operators/workers on quality awareness and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- ITI / Diploma / Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance/control in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of measurement tools, gauges, and QC techniques.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night).
Compensation
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
- Overtime allowance as per company policy.
