Job Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products as per quality standards.

- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.

- Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Handle customer complaints and support problem-solving activities.

- Prepare and maintain NCR, 8D, CAPA, Inspection Reports, and other quality documents.

- Conduct process and product audits as required.

- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for quality improvement.

- Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, quality procedures, and work instructions.

- Support continuous improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.





- Maintain calibration records of measuring and inspection equipment.

- Participate in quality improvement, Kaizen, and process improvement activities.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment.

- Good knowledge of 7 QC Tools and basic problem-solving techniques.

- Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC is preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of measuring instruments and drawing interpretation.

- Ability to perform root-cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with production and cross-functional teams.

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
