Role & responsibilities:

- Perform tests and inspections on products, materials, and components at various stages of production.

- Conduct routine checks to identify areas for improvement in quality, efficiency, and product consistency.

- Investigate product defects and quality issues to determine root causes

- Develop and implement corrective actions and preventative measures to address identified issues.

- Review product designs and specifications to verify their adherence to quality standards before production begins.

- Prepare detailed reports on quality issues, trends, and improvements for management review

- Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials and components meets specifications

Preferred candidate profile

- Familiarity with testing equipment and quality management software.

- Proficiency in using measurement tools and instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Excellent communication skills
