Role & responsibilities :

- Prepare and maintain Quality Control / Inspection documentation for industrial valves.

- Prepare Inspection Reports, Quality Dossiers, Test Certificates, ITP, QAP, checklists and related quality documents.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Inspection teams for required documentation.

- Review documents for accuracy, completeness and traceability before submission to customers.

- Maintain proper records of inspection, testing, material and valve-related quality documents.

- Coordinate with customers/third-party inspectors for inspection documentation and quality requirements.

- Ensure timely submission and closure of quality documentation as per project requirements.

- Maintain and update documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of industrial valve inspection and quality documentation.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory.

- Valuable documentation, coordination and communication skills.

- Experience with QAP, ITP, inspection reports, MTC, test certificates and quality dossiers will be preferred.
