Job Summary

Vasu Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead Quality Assurance operations and ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing QMS, audits, validations, investigations, and quality compliance within the pharmaceutical, herbal, or cosmetic manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
- Oversee QMS activities including Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, OOS, OOT, and Risk Assessments.
- Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), SOPs, specifications, and quality documents.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and support regulatory, customer, and certification audits.
- Monitor shop floor quality compliance and documentation practices.
- Review and approve validation and qualification protocols/reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality culture across the organization.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse,



and other departments to ensure quality compliance.
- Develop, train, and mentor QA team members.
- Robust team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, mentor, and develop QA teams.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving a quality-focused culture.
- Excellent people management, decision-making, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification

- B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related discipline).
- Required Experience
- 11-17 years of experience in Quality Assurance within Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, Herbal, Nutraceutical, or Cosmetic manufacturing.
- Strong exposure to GMP, QMS, Validation, Documentation, Audit Management, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Experience handling customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
