QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE – COSMETICS

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Assurance Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or related industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing and quality processes comply with company standards, SOPs, GMP requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Review and approve raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Review batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and other manufacturing documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and completion of BMR, BPR, specifications, SOPs, and quality records.
- Investigate and assist in handling deviations, non-conformities, OOS, complaints, and CAPA.
- Conduct regular in-process inspections and ensure adherence to approved procedures.
- Coordinate with QC and Production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in internal audits, vendor audits, and inspection activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of change control, deviation control, CAPA, and document control systems.
- Monitor hygiene, housekeeping, personnel practices, and manufacturing area compliance.




- Support product quality improvement and continuous compliance initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in QA, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Cosmetic GMP, GLP, SOPs, and quality documentation.
- Basic understanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes and quality requirements.
- Knowledge of BMR, BPR, deviation, CAPA, change control, and audit procedures.
- Strong documentation and attention to detail.
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Depending on qualification and interview.
