F2F PMC is looking for a QS & Commercial Coordinator to support quantity surveying, cost control, billing review, and commercial monitoring of projects.

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements and update BOQs.
- Review contractor measurements and billing submissions.
- Assist in checking contractor bills and billing certification.
- Maintain project cost sheets and commercial trackers.
- Monitor project costs against BOQ/budget.
- Track variations and additional works.
- Coordinate with site/project teams and maintain commercial records.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in QS, billing or commercial coordination.
- PMC experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong documentation, communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
