Sansu is a Die Casting Company looking for a smart, independent Quality engineer/manager who is an expert in IATF and will be responsible for entire IATF documentation, prepare timely reports, handle and ensure process compliance and interact with customer complaints. Should be Diploma/BE with minimum 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Expert at IATF documentation and QMS activities

- MR

- Monitor and ensure process compliance

- Handle all customer complaints and quality compliance

- Prepare reports related to quality matters and NPD

- Oversee inspection of incoming and outgoing material

- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution

- Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures

- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible

Skills and Qualifications Requirements





- BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or relevant field

- Minimum 10 Years work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role

- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies

- Training Certificate /Experience in Quality systems Knowledge based on IATF 16949-2016 requirements

- Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.

Preference:

- GDC/PDC Expert

- Knowledge in CNC /VMC

- Qualified certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor

- Superb computer competence, including database management

- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools

- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
