Zudu AI builds enterprise AI voice agents that handle real customer calls across India and APAC. Testing directly affects call quality, customer experience and successful task completion.

We’re looking for someone with robust manual testing fundamentals who uses AI extensively to test applications and can independently verify the results.

What You Will Do

- Perform functional, exploratory, regression and end-to-end testing across voice agents, chat widgets, dashboards and APIs.
- Use AI tools to generate test scenarios, identify edge cases, build test scripts, analyze transcripts and logs, and investigate defects.
- Execute AI-generated tests, correct inaccurate assumptions and verify actual application behaviour.
- Test multilingual conversations, interruptions, silence, fallbacks, call transfers and task completion.
- Test APIs for authentication, input validation, response accuracy and changes to application data.
- Run load tests under agreed conditions to assess concurrent calls, latency and failures.
- Investigate issues through logs, Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics.
- Write clear bug reports with reproducible steps, expected and actual results, severity and evidence.

Must Have

- Hands-on testing experience on at least one deployed application used by real users, through an internship, freelance work or a live project.
- Practical experience using AI tools for testing, with an example of work you executed and a verified outcome.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompts, context and tokens,



hallucinations, variable outputs, retrieval-based grounding, and the speech-to-text → LLM → text-to-speech flow.
- Strong manual QA fundamentals: positive and negative scenarios, boundary testing, expected results, regression and exploratory testing.
- API testing basics using Postman or similar, including HTTP, REST and status codes.
- Working knowledge of JMeter, k6, Locust or similar, and basic ability to interpret logs and Grafana/Prometheus metrics.
- Curiosity, debugging discipline and the ability to explain your reasoning.
- Availability to work full-time from our Chennai office for six months.

Good to Have

- Python or JavaScript scripting.
- Playwright, Selenium, pytest or CI pipeline experience.
- Exposure to SIP, WebRTC, streaming or real-time voice systems.
- Confidence evaluating Tamil, English or Hindi conversations.
