1. Inspection of the drums Lined up for Dispatch as per the Checklist - Prime responsibility
2. Assist in collection of samples to be sent for Customers as per the sample request. Secondary responsibility
3. Receiving the Raw material samples from Current Vendors/ RE-certification samples , Complaint samples & document it properly - Prime responsibility
4. Assist in the preparation of Blends as per requirements of Technical services team / Process team / Technology team – Secondary responsibility
5. Assist in the testing of Non routine samples & help in customer complaint analysis.
Dispatch Inspection which will include
1. Checking of Lined up drums for Damages, Rusts on the body as well as on the bungs & for seals
2. To ensure that the labels are affixed as per requirement.
3. Verification of the UN Number on the drums against the latest & valid one .
4. Ensuring that the pallets & packaging material are in good condition with Heat treatment Marking / stamping.
