About the Role

Hatti Kaapi is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead and manage procurement activities across our stores, central operations, and support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in QSR, Restaurant, Café, Hospitality, Retail, or FMCG procurement and possess excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective purchase and procurement strategies aligned with business requirements.

- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, food ingredients, packaging materials, consumables, equipment, and non-food items.

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit periods, quality standards, and delivery timelines with vendors.

- Conduct regular vendor evaluation, performance review, and rate negotiations.

- Develop alternate sources to ensure uninterrupted supply and reduce procurement risks.

- Monitor market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings and purchase optimization.





- Ensure procurement is within approved budgets and company policies.

- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Production, Stores, and Management for purchase requirements.

- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize excess, shortage, expiry, and wastage.

- Ensure timely procurement and delivery to stores / warehouse / central kitchen as required.

- Review purchase orders, quotations, comparative statements, and vendor agreements.

- Establish and maintain rate contracts for frequently purchased items.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procurement processes.

- Develop MIS reports covering purchase value, savings, vendor performance, price trends, and inventory movement.

- Lead and mentor the purchase/procurement team.

- Continuously identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and procurement efficiency.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
