Key Responsibilities

- Material &
- Tool Sourcing:

Procure raw materials (aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, engineering plastics), forging process, cutting tools (inserts, end mills, drills), workholding components, jigs, fixtures, and machine coolant/lubricants based on production demands.

- Vendor Development &

- Management:

Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for raw materials and subcontracted services (heat treatment, anodizing, plating, laser cutting).

- Inventory Optimization: Coordinate closely with the Production Planning team to maintain optimal stock levels of fast-moving tooling and critical raw materials to prevent shop floor downtime.

- PO Processing &

- Tracking:

Issue Purchase Orders (POs) via ERP/MRP systems, track shipments,



and expedite delayed orders to meet strict customer delivery commitments.

- Quality &

- Compliance Verification:

Ensure incoming raw materials and outsourced components match exact engineering specifications, mill test certificates (MTC), and quality standards.

- Invoice Reconciliation: Resolve billing discrepancies by liaising with vendors and the Accounts/Finance department for timely vendor payments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
