Position: Purchase Executive

Industry: Manufacturing / Sheet Metal Industry

Location: Dera Bassi, Punjab

Qualification

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing and purchase processes

Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement
- Experience in the Sheet Metal Industry will be preferred
- Candidates with a strong technical background will be preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery
- Compare quotations and maintain proper purchase records
- Coordinate with Stores,



Production, PPC & Accounts
- Monitor material requirements and inventory levels
- Ensure zero delay in material availability
- Develop and maintain reliable suppliers
- Handle Supplier Development activities
- Follow up regularly with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Understand technical specifications, drawings and material requirements

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
