Terrace Garden India is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our landscaping, terrace garden, and construction projects across India. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, material sourcing, negotiation, and ensuring timely deliveries for site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure construction, landscaping, and interior materials at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
- Compare quotations and finalize the best procurement options.
- Track inventory requirements and avoid material shortages at project sites.




- Follow up on pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
- Ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and company budgets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Procurement, Supply Chain, or Commerce preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, interiors, or civil projects is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and project teams.
