AIC Iron Industries Private Limited is looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Position: Purchase Executive

Location: Kolkata

Industry: Steel / Manufacturing

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Graduate preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Identify and negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Develop and maintain solid, long-term relationships with vendors.
- Monitor price levels, material availability, and market trends.
- Evaluate vendors based on price, quality, service,



and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
- Maintain proper purchase documentation and records.
- Support cost optimization and improve overall procurement efficiency.

Candidate Profile: 5+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement

Experience in Steel / Manufacturing industry preferred

Strong vendor negotiation and sourcing skills

Good knowledge of Purchase Orders and procurement processes

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems preferred

Result-oriented and commercially aware
