Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and purchase documentation for our coworking operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily purchase requirements for office, facility, housekeeping, maintenance, electrical, furniture, and other operational materials.
- Identify and coordinate with new and existing vendors.
- Collect and compare quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper approvals.
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Operations, Facility, Maintenance, Accounts, and other departments.
- Check delivered materials against quantity and specifications.
- Handle discrepancies, damaged materials, or delayed deliveries with vendors.
- Maintain vendor database, quotations, POs, invoices, and purchase records.
- Prepare basic purchase reports and MIS using MS Excel/Google Sheets.




- Assist in maintaining adequate stock of regularly required materials.
- Support cost-control and procurement optimization initiatives.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of PR, PO, quotation, invoice, and GRN processes.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in Interior Fit-Outs, Coworking Spaces, Real Estate, Construction, Facility Management, or Hospitality will be preferred and considered a good fit for the requirement.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com/BBA or a related field.

Experience in coworking, facility management, real estate, hospitality, or corporate services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
