Job Summary

We are hiring a field-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to lead external data collection and lead generation for our multi-board international school (CBSE, ICSE, and Cambridge).

Key Responsibilities

- External Data Collection: Conduct field visits to corporate hubs, Schools, and upscale residential complexes to collect verified databases of prospective parents.
- Set up promotional kiosks, canopy activities, and run local community outreach campaigns.
- Network with local centers and corporate offices to secure admission leads.
- Hand over collected lead databases daily to the indoor admissions team.

Requirements & Skills

- Language: Working knowledge in English is mandatory (with a solid command of Bengali/Hindi for field interactions).




- Education & Experience: 12th Pass. 2+ years in field marketing, direct sales, B2C data collection, or PR.
- Freelancers: Independent lead generation professionals are welcome to apply on a project basis.
- Traits: Energetic, confident, and highly skilled at striking conversations with strangers.
