Role Overview
SGI School, Kolhapur, is seeking an experienced and passionate IBDP Psychology Teacher to join our High School faculty. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in delivering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Psychology curriculum and preparing students for higher education.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach IBDP Psychology (Standard Level & Higher Level) in alignment with IB standards.
- Guide students through Internal Assessments (IAs) and Extended Essays (EEs).
- Design engaging, inquiry-based lesson plans and continuous assessment strategies.
- Foster a team-oriented, inclusive, and critical-thinking classroom environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience teaching IBDP Psychology (IB DP training/cat 1 or 2 workshop completion preferred).
- Education: Master’s degree in Psychology or related field; Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is desirable.
- Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
