- Build and grow the agency / channel-partner network across Chandigarh & Mohali
- Drive property sales revenue through your partner network
- Train, mentor & support partners to hit individual and team targets
- Run regular meetings, training sessions & performance reviews
- Coordinate with Sales,



CRM & Accounts for smooth deal closures
- Maintain daily MIS & CRM updates ✅ What we're looking for - Experience in Agency / Channel Sales (Real Estate, Insurance, or Mutual Fund background welcome)
- Proven skills in agent recruitment, team handling & sales management
- Strong networking, communication & leadership abilities
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting goals
- Comfortable in a rapid-paced, field-driven role
