nRoles and Responsibilities

n1. Operations Management:

nManage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.

nDevelop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless operations.

nMonitor inventory and manage procurement of supplies while controlling costs.

n2. Guest Experience:

nEnsure all guests receive a personalized and memorable experience.

nHandle guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.

nMonitor online reviews and social media mentions to address any concerns promptly.

n3. Team Leadership:

nRecruit, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service.

nCreate staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.

nMotivate and inspire the team to maintain high morale and a positive work environment.

n4. Financial Management:

nPrepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

nAnalyze revenue streams and implement strategies to optimize profitability.

nMonitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and expenses to achieve financial targets.

n5. Sales & Marketing:

nCollaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that drive bookings and revenue.

nBuild partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and influencers to promote the hotel.

nMonitor and manage the hotel's website and online booking platforms to ensure maximum visibility.

n6. Compliance and Safety:





nEnsure the hotel complies with all legal, health, and safety regulations.

nConduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

nStay updated on local laws and industry trends.

nDesired Candidate Profile

nEducation: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

nExperience: Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in backpacking hostels.

nSkills:

nStrong leadership and interpersonal skills.

nExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

nFinancial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management.

nFamiliarity with property management systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.

nStrong marketing and networking skills.

nAbility to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
