Role Description The Claims Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida/NCR. This role involves managing and processing insurance claims from notification to settlement, ensuring adherence to policy terms and regulatory guidelines.

The Claims

Specialist will review documentation, analyze claim details, coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal teams, and maintain accurate records in claims systems. Daily responsibilities include evaluating claim validity, negotiating settlements where appropriate, providing timely updates to stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement in claims processes and service quality.



The role also requires collaboration with underwriting and risk management teams to share insights and support overall portfolio performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Claims Management and Claims Handling skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end claim lifecycles.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for evaluating claim details, interpreting policy wordings, and making data-informed decisions.
- Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Insurance concepts, products, and regulatory requirements in the general insurance domain.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, insurers, internal teams, and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Engineering, CA, Business, Commerce, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in insurance or risk management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in claims operations within an insurance broker, insurer, or loss adjusters & claims setting, preferably in corporate or commercial lines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims management systems, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple claims simultaneously, and maintain high ethical and customer service standards.
