Basically Project Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate workers and contractors, and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manpower.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work follows the approved schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and project managers.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports, work records, material records, and attendance.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
- Identify site issues and report delays or technical problems to management.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper housekeeping at the site.
- Assist in planning manpower, equipment, and resources.




- Ensure work is completed within the approved budget and timeline.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of construction/site procedures.
- Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate multiple activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation.
