Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bengaluru.

The Project

Manager will oversee interior projects for warehouse, showroom, and corporate office spaces from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, designers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors; preparing and tracking project plans; and managing material procurement and delivery schedules. The role involves monitoring site progress, conducting inspections, addressing risks and issues, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety,



and compliance standards.

The Project

Manager will also handle documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth execution and timely project handover.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and managing Expediting activities for materials and resources.
- Candidates should possess inspection capabilities, including site Inspection and quality control for interior fit-out projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in interior projects (warehouse, retail, or corporate offices) and familiarity with turnkey project execution will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; Joint Measurement Sheet skills is mandatory; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Bengaluru and regularly visit project locations (PAN India) as required.
