Project Manager -Planning Engineer – CIVIL | PAN INDIA

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage construction/infrastructure projects from planning and execution through final handover.

10+ Years of relevant experience

? Eligibility

- BE / B.Tech / M.Tech – Civil Engineering
- Must have relevant experience as a Project Manager
- Candidates with experience in:
- ?️ Road / Highway Projects
- ? Tunnel Projects
- ? Land Development Projects
- ? Commercial Projects
- ? Residential Projects
- ? Industrial / Infrastructure Projects

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete project execution from mobilization to final handover
- Manage site operations, planning, resources, subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure completion within timeline, quality and budget
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects,



PMC and authorities
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and contract documents
- Manage procurement, manpower, machinery and materials
- Monitor billing, variations, project costs and subcontractor performance
- Ensure safety, quality and statutory compliance
- Lead project review meetings and prepare MIS reports
- Manage commissioning, snag clearance and final handover
