Engineering Manager –. NET / D365 CRM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with expertise in. NET and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead high-performing development teams and deliver enterprise-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in software engineering, project management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and production support. Oversee multiple projects across Fixed Price and T& M engagement models, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

Drive

Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure effective collaboration across distributed teams. Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing solutions using. NET Core, ASP. NET, C#, D365 CRM, Power Platform, Angular, HTML, CSS, and Java Script. Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, enhancement, integration, and support initiatives across business functions. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives. Drive the adoption of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Azure Services, and Cloud-Native Solutions.

Oversee Dev

Ops practices including CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), monitoring, and automation frameworks. Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation,



stakeholder communication, and delivery governance. Ensure application security, scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to engineering best practices. Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in software development, enterprise application delivery, and project management. 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams and managing complex technology programs. Strong experience in. NET Core, ASP. NET, C#, Web APIs, Angular, and Microservices Architecture. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE), Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

Experience in integrating D365 CRM with enterprise systems using APIs, Azure Integration Services, and middleware platforms. Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud, CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Dev Ops practices.

Experience working with SQL Server and other enterprise databases. Proven ability to manage distributed teams and multiple concurrent projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software engineering practices. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Skills

Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 certifications. Experience in digital transformation, CRM modernization, and cloud migration programs. Exposure to AI, Copilot, and Power BI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. Experience managing global delivery teams and customer-facing engagements.
