Job Title: Project Manager Civil, Marine & Roads

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 15 to 20 years of strong hands-on field experience in Civil, Marine, and Road infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, site management, planning, coordination, and timely completion of projects in Lakshadweep.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute Civil, Marine, and Road construction projects from planning to completion.
- Take complete responsibility for site execution, project progress, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Lead and supervise site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal management.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Ensure projects are completed within time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements, and technical requirements.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.




- Monitor project budgets, variations, measurements, billing, and subcontractor works.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
- Manage multiple site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15 to 20 years of experience in Infrastructure / EPC / Construction projects.
- Robust field/site execution experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Civil, Marine/Port, and Road projects.
- Experience in remote/island project locations will be an advantage.
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, and site coordination.
- Proven experience in managing large project teams and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work at Lakshadweep project site.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Preferred: Candidates with strong experience in Marine + Civil + Road infrastructure projects.
