Project Manager – Architectural Glazing & Aluminium Systems

Reports to: Managing Director / CEO

Job Purpose:

To ensure seamless execution of projects by managing planning, procurement, fabrication, installation, quality, safety, client coordination, and project handover while maintaining KLARON's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Study drawings, BOQ, and project specifications
- Prepare execution schedules
- Allocate manpower and resources
- Conduct pre-installation site inspections
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients
- Attend weekly progress meetings
- Resolve technical issues promptly
- Supervise fabrication and installation
- Ensure work follows approved drawings
- Monitor quality at every stage
- Implement QC checklists
- Ensure dimensional accuracy
- Verify alignment, finishes, and functionality
- Minimize snag lists and rework
- Maintain DPRs, material reconciliation, site measurement records, and handover documents

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
