Project Manager /n Installations & Project Execution | Agriplast Protected Cultivation /n Location: Bangalore (on-site), with regular travel to project sites across India and international markets /n Reporting To: Office Leadership /n /n About Us /n Agriplast Protected Cultivation is a greenhouse manufacturing company in India that builds large-scale commercial greenhouse farms. Our range consists of Polyhouse, Greenhouse, Net Houses and Poly tunnels. /n /n Role Overview /n Agriplast is scaling rapidly across domestic and international markets and is building out a strong project execution function to match. We are looking for a seasoned project leader to own the complete execution agenda from order handover and site mobilization through installation, commissioning, and client sign-off across all project sites. /n /n This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build process and drive on-ground execution simultaneously in a fast-growing, project- and manufacturing-driven business.

• Planning /n • Develop and execute the overall project execution strategy for domestic and international sites. /n • Build detailed project plans, timelines, and resource/manpower deployment plans for each site. /n 2. Installation &

• Project Execution /n • Own end-to-end installation and commissioning of Polyhouses, Greenhouses, Net Houses and Poly tunnels at client sites. /n • Ensure timely closure and handover of all critical and strategic projects within scope, budget and quality. /n 3. Vendor, Contractor &





• Site Team Management /n • Build and manage a reliable network of installation contractors, civil teams, and site supervisors/engineers across regions. /n • Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, material, and equipment to project sites. /n 4. Quality, Safety &

• Standards /n • Establish and enforce quality control checkpoints and site safety protocols across all projects. /n • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure adherence to engineering, design and safety standards. /n 5. Client &

• Stakeholder Management /n • Act as the primary escalation point for clients during execution, managing expectations and resolving on-site issues. /n • Coordinate closely with design, procurement, manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure seamless handoffs from order to site. /n 6. • Resource Control /n • Monitor project costs against budget, control overruns, and protect project-level profitability. /n • Track material consumption, minimize wastage, and optimize deployment of manpower and equipment across sites. /n 7.

• Equipment Utilization Rate /n • Vendor/Contractor Performance Score /n /n What We’re Looking For /n • Experience: 12+ years in project execution/installation management, including substantial time in a senior/leadership role, ideally in greenhouse, structural steel, construction, infrastructure or EPC project execution. /n • Execution Track Record: Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-site installation/construction projects on time, on budget and to quality standards. /n • Vendor &

• Contractor Management: Strong network and hands-on experience managing multi-site contractor, civil and labour teams. /n • Quality &

• Safety: Strong working knowledge of quality control, site safety compliance, and engineering/installation standards. /n • Client &

• Stakeholder Management: Hands-on experience managing client relationships and expectations through project execution and handover. /n • Systems &
