We are looking for an experienced Project Lead (Wind) to join our Wind Energy Project Execution team.

? Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu

? Experience: 10+ Years

? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

? Industry: Wind Energy / Renewable Energy

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead wind turbine installation, erection and commissioning activities at project sites.
- Manage overall project execution, site activities, manpower, contractors and resources.
- Coordinate with OEMs, crane contractors, vendors and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, quality and cost.
- Supervise tower, nacelle, hub and blade erection activities.
- Identify and resolve technical and site execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements and approved work procedures.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly project progress reports.




- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality and HSE teams.

? Candidate Profile

✔️ 10+ years of experience in Wind Energy / Wind Turbine project execution.

✔️ Strong hands-on experience in wind turbine installation, erection and commissioning.

✔️ Experience in contractor, manpower and site management.

✔️ Positive knowledge of wind turbine erection methodology and site execution.

✔️ Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Willingness to work at wind project sites and travel as required.
