About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead our Defence Division and drive end-to-end execution of defence projects. The role will be responsible for project management, production operations, cross-functional team leadership, customer coordination, and successful delivery of defence programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete lifecycle of defence projects from planning to execution and final delivery.

- Manage Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project teams.

- Ensure project timelines, cost targets, and quality requirements are achieved.

- Coordinate with customers, defence agencies, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

- Drive production planning, manufacturing readiness, resource allocation, and execution.

- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans.

- Ensure compliance with defence standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

- Lead reviews, project progress meetings, and management reporting.





- Build and mentor high-performing technical and production teams.

- Support business growth through customer engagement and strategic project planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 20 years of experience in Defence, Aerospace, Naval, Military Systems, or Strategic Projects.

- Solid exposure to Project Management and Manufacturing Operations.

- Experience handling large multidisciplinary teams comprising Mechanical, Electrical, Production, and Project personnel.

- Proven track record of delivering complex defence projects.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of defence manufacturing processes, quality systems, and compliance requirements.

- Experience in defence projects involving electro-mechanical systems, automation, weapon systems, naval systems, military equipment, or special purpose machinery will be preferred.
