Role & responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor real estate construction and development projects from initiation to completion.

- Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely project delivery.

- Coordinate with architects, civil contractors, interior designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

- Monitor site progress, construction quality, manpower, materials, and work schedules.

- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.

- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings and prepare progress reports.

- Coordinate procurement and ensure materials and resources are available on time.

Identify project delays, technical issues, and risks and take corrective actions.

- Manage contractors and subcontractors, including work allocation and performance monitoring.





- Monitor project costs and expenses and ensure work remains within the approved budget.

- Coordinate with clients, management, and other stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and quality standards at the project site.

- Review and manage BOQs, quotations, work orders, measurements, and contractor bills.

- Handle project-related changes, variations, and additional work after obtaining required approvals.

- Ensure proper handover, snagging, rectification, and project closure upon completion.

- Maintain complete project documentation, including drawings, reports, approvals, schedules, and completion records.
