- Support the planning and execution of project activities at the manufacturing plant.

- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, utilities, HVAC, and other engineering teams for project execution.

- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per the approved project schedule.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

- Track project progress, identify delays/issues, and follow up for timely resolution.

- Review basic engineering drawings, layouts, specifications, BOQs and project documents.

- Assist in material planning, procurement coordination and delivery tracking.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Support installation, commissioning and handover activities.

- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, MOMs, trackers and other project records.

- Coordinate with the EHS team to ensure compliance with safety requirements at the project site.

- Support project teams in resolving technical and execution-related issues.

- Ensure project activities are completed within the agreed time, cost and quality parameters.
