Role Description This is a full-time Project Engineer role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Project

Engineer will oversee end-to-end project execution for parking infrastructure systems, including planning, design coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project plans and schedules, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, conducting site visits, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. The role involves reviewing electrical and mechanical drawings,



resolving technical issues on-site, monitoring project costs and timelines, and generating progress reports and documentation.

The Project

Engineer will also support client meetings, provide technical clarification, and collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery and long-term system performance.

Qualifications

- Robust Project Engineering and Project Planning skills, with experience in coordinating technical activities and managing installation projects.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including scheduling, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and documentation.
- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, with the ability to understand and review electrical layouts, control panels, and automation systems.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, parking systems, automation, or related industrial projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; familiarity with CAD or similar design software is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site as required, manage multiple projects, and maintain focus on safety, quality, and sustainability.
