Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Project Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites.

The candidate will be responsible for project execution, site coordination, quality control, manpower management, material planning, contractor coordination, and timely completion of construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Execution

- Plan, supervise, and execute day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Identify site issues and take timely corrective actions.

1. Site Supervision

- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers.
- Monitor daily manpower deployment and productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure proper workmanship, alignment, levels, dimensions, and execution quality.
- Maintain site discipline and housekeeping.

1. Quality Control

- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Inspect materials and workmanship before and during execution.
- Coordinate inspections and testing as required.
- Identify defects, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely rectification.
- Minimize rework and material wastage.

1. Contractor & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Plan daily work requirements and manpower deployment.
- Monitor contractor performance and work progress.




- Ensure materials are delivered to site as per project requirements.
- Verify work completion and coordinate measurements for billing.

1. Drawing & Technical Coordination

- Review construction and structural drawings before execution.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, and Design teams for technical clarifications.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Ensure all site activities are executed as per the latest approved drawings.

1. Material & Resource Management

- Prepare material requirement schedules based on project progress.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery.
- Monitor material consumption and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.

1. Project Planning & Reporting

- Prepare daily and weekly work plans.
- Track project progress against the approved schedule.
- Submit daily site progress reports.
- Maintain records of manpower, materials, work progress, and site issues.
- Escalate project delays and critical issues to the Project Manager.

1. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the safety team to maintain safe working conditions.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and protected execution of construction activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe project site.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Good understanding of civil and structural drawings.
- Strong project planning and coordination skills.
- Contractor and manpower management.
- Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and material requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities within project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience 4–8 years of relevant experience in:

- Residential construction
- Luxury villa projects
- High-end residential projects
- Commercial construction
- Turnkey construction projects
- Project/site execution

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, proactive, and capable of independently managing site execution and project coordination. Experience in premium residential construction, villas, or turnkey projects will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,669.38 per month
