- Monitor and control 3 to 5 projects simultaneously from Head Office.

- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones and key deliverables.

- Track planned vs. actual progress and identify delays/slippages.

- Monitor project budgets, actual costs, commitments and cost forecasts.

- Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis.

- Prepare weekly and monthly Project MIS and Management Reports.

- Develop management dashboards showing project-wise Progress, Cost, Schedule, Risks and Key Issues.

- Consolidate project information received from different project sites.

- Identify critical issues, delays and potential cost overruns and highlight them to management.

- Maintain project risk and issue registers and monitor corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Planning,



Finance, Procurement, Contracts and Site Teams.

- Ensure timely submission of project reports and required data from project teams.

- Monitor cash flow, billing, collections and major project commitments where required.

- Support Project Managers in developing recovery plans for delayed projects.

- Establish and maintain standard project control formats, KPIs and reporting systems at HO.

- Provide management with transparent analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.Role & responsibilities
