Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction drawings

- Lead project coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance

- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and material selections

- Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation

- Ensure adherence to building codes, standards, and local regulations

- Review and approve shop drawings and contractor submissions

- Coordinate with clients for design approvals and project updates
