Mandatory Requirements

- Semiconductor industry experience is mandatory — candidates from organizations such as Intel, Qualcomm, AMD, etc. preferred.
- BE/BTech in Electronics/ECE or Computer Science is mandatory.
- MBA or PMP certification required/preferred.
- Strong experience in program/project planning, tracking and resource management.
- Experience in ODC/contractor management and tracking.
- Experience with Silicon Bring-up tracking is required.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Office, Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
- Candidates from Mechanical/other engineering streams or pure MBA backgrounds should not be submitted.

Key Responsibilities





- Plan and manage program objectives, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate multiple interconnected projects and stakeholders.
- Track program progress, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
- Manage project resources and ODC/contractor activities.
- Track silicon bring-up activities.
- Prepare program dashboards, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Resolve cross-project issues and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct program reviews and drive continuous improvements.
