Key Responsibilities- /n /n /n

- Establish and scale an Offshore Development Center (ODC) from the ground up.

/n

- Define ODC governance, delivery processes, KPIs, resource planning, and operational excellence.

/n

- Build and mentor cross-functional teams including Software Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts.

/n

- Drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

/n

- Act as the primary customer interface, managing stakeholder communication and executive reviews.

/n

- Develop hiring strategies, onboarding plans, competency development, and succession planning.

/n

- Manage risks, dependencies, change requests, and escalation handling.

/n

- Ensure compliance with customer quality standards, security policies, and engineering best practices.

/n

- Collaborate with global teams across onsite and offshore locations.

/n

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, productivity, and innovation.

/n /n /n Work Experience- /n /n /n

- 15+ years of experience in software engineering/program management, with significant experience in the Semiconductor Equipment domain.

/n

- Proven experience in setting up and scaling Offshore Development Centers (ODCs).

/n

- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment software, factory automation, and manufacturing workflows.

/n

- Experience with SECS/GEM, GEM300 (E30, E37, E39, E40, E84,



E87, E90, etc.), equipment integration, and factory automation.

/n

- Experience managing multiple projects and geographically distributed teams.

/n

- Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

/n

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

/n

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and program governance.

/n

- Strong leadership with the ability to mentor and grow engineering teams.

/n /n /n Preferred Technical Skills- /n /n /n

- Java, C#, C++, Python, or similar technologies.

/n

- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), DevOps, CI/CD.

/n

- SQL/NoSQL databases.

/n

- Kafka, REST APIs, gRPC, microservices.

/n

- Experience with equipment communication protocols and industrial automation.

/n /n /n Preferred Qualifications- /n /n /n

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

/n

- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are desirable.
