- Oversee & coordinate shift activities to ensure smooth production operations.
- Supervise & manage production processes to achieve efficiency, quality, and productivity targets.
- Allocate, supervise & manage production staff to ensure optimal utilization & productivity.
- Plan, schedule & manage machine operations to ensure maximum efficiency & minimal downtime.
- Assign tasks & duties to production staff to ensure efficient production operations.
- Prepare & submit regular reports to management on production performance, quality & other key metrics.
- Achieve growth & hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Prepare & present KPI’s to higher authorities.
- Determine & track KPI’s.
- Provide reports for upper management.
- Adhere to laws, norms, rules & regulation, terms & conditions.
