Key Responsibilities

- Review daily production priorities and prepare line/machine-wise production plans.
- Allocate manpower to machines and production jobs based on workload and production requirements.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, packing materials, and consumables before production starts.
- Monitor hourly and daily production against planned targets and maintain Target vs. Actual records.
- Monitor raw material consumption, yield, wastage, rejection, and rework.
- Ensure accurate and timely ERP/system entries, production records, and registers.
- Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with Maintenance teams for breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Perform or coordinate basic shop-floor troubleshooting to minimize production interruptions.
- Coordinate with the Quality team regarding inspections, rejections, quality deviations, and corrective actions.
- Ensure finished goods are properly identified, recorded, and transferred to Stores/Dispatch.




- Maintain shop-floor discipline, attendance, and effective manpower deployment.
- Ensure operators follow approved SOPs, work instructions, and production standards.
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, safety, and secure-working practices across the production floor.
- Conduct proper shift/day handovers, including pending production activities and operational issues.
- Train and guide operators and helpers on machine operation, SOPs, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Participate in CAPA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production-related defects and recurring issues.
- Identify and implement opportunities for productivity improvement, process optimization, and wastage reduction.

Education Level ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electrical or related technical field. Graduate/B.E./B.Tech candidates can also be considered, but an engineering degree should not be mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
