We are looking for a responsible and proactive Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise shop-floor operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Allocate work to operators and monitor manpower utilization.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor machine operations, production processes, and workflow.
- Maintain proper production records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality specifications.
- Monitor material availability and reduce material and process wastage.
- Ensure adherence to company safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain discipline and productivity among production workers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct shift handover and communicate production status/issues to the concerned team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
