Job Summary

Responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities on the shop floor to ensure vehicles and automotive components are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and allocate manpower across production lines.

- Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved as planned.

- Monitor assembly, fabrication, machining, welding, painting, or other assigned manufacturing processes.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

- Monitor production output, productivity, downtime, rejection, rework, and line efficiency.

- Identify bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions to minimize production losses.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, PPC, Engineering, and Logistics teams.

- Conduct shift-start meetings and communicate production plans and priorities to operators.





- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, tools, materials, and equipment.

- Investigate quality issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

- Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection reports, downtime reports, and other documentation.

- Train and guide operators on processes, safety, quality, and productivity improvement.

- Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards are maintained.

- Escalate major production, quality, safety, or equipment issues to management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable automotive manufacturing standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
