We are looking for an experienced Production Senior Engineer / Production Head to lead and manage overall production operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, productivity improvement, quality, cost control and timely achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall production operations and ensure achievement of targets.
- Prepare production plans based on capacity and business requirements.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, materials and production processes.
- Lead and develop the production team.
- Improve productivity and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase and other departments.
- Monitor production costs, wastage and efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and review production MIS and performance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
