Process wise variance / Gap analysis through any ERP (without reference to physical documentation).

Proper escalation of variance to the appropriate authority with follow ups and timely closure.

Knowledge of implementation of a major corrective task by breaking into small and step by step activities.

Specialised in all inventory related ERP/Manual transactions like receipts, storage, issues, WIP, right up to the dispatch of finished goods.

Core Team member for process implementation in any software from operations side.

Knowledge of Multiple types of BOM, Work Centre, Codification logic at various stage in ERP like series for GRN, Business Partner, Production Order, Item Coding.





Able to communicate effectively with all department heads in any manufacturing unit.

Willing to switch in backend/monitoring/analytical from operations shop floor.

Able to understand and execute error rectification in manufacturing data like inventory, BOM, internal transfer order, backflush, material consumption, item grouping through excel Long Term Association. - Must Conduct training and guidance for plant users on correct ERP practices.

Detail knowledge of manufacturing operation in a plant with operation wise bottlenecks. Support ERP implementation / module enhancements.
