Position: Production Manager

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering

Experience: 58+ years in chemical manufacturing / process industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day production operations and achieve production targets.
- Plan manpower, raw materials, equipment, and production schedules.
- Ensure batch/process parameters, quality standards, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor productivity, yield, rejection, wastage, and production costs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, R&D;, Stores, and Purchase departments.
- Ensure plant safety, EHS, statutory, and environmental compliance.
- Troubleshoot process and production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction,



and process optimization.
- Maintain production records, MIS, batch documentation, and inventory control.
- Lead, train, and supervise production supervisors, operators, and workers.

Key Skills: Chemical Process Management, Production Planning, Team Handling, EHS & Safety, GMP/SOP Compliance, Troubleshooting, Cost Control, Lean/Continuous Improvement and ERP/MIS. Preferred Candidate: B.Tech Chemical Engineer with solid shop-floor leadership and hands-on experience in batch/process chemical manufacturing.
